Payment
Credit card orders are processed online by Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque, simply click on Order Form in the bottom menu bar and print a copy. You can then post this with your cheque to Pinknblue.
Promotions
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it at the checkout page. The discount will apply to the products you buy, before postage costs, and the amount saved will be shown as 'Gift Voucher Discount' on your invoice.
Delivery during the Christmas period
For guaranteed Christmas delivery please order by 16th December for the UK and 12th December for Europe and Rest of World. After these dates we will make and dispatch gift orders as soon as we receive them, but cannot guarantee delivery times until after Christmas, when Royal Mail service returns to normal. For personalised items that have a tight deadline, please get in touch as we can normally meet your individual needs. Use the Contact Us email form on the top menu bar. All deliveries need to be signed for, so please specific a work or neighbour's address if you cannot be at home to receive your parcel.
Delivery Cost
Your delivery cost will appear at the bottom of your shopping basket before you check out. It is calculated once you have entered the delivery addresses for the items ordered. Each parcel is priced thus:
UK - Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery: £3.50.
Europe - Airmail, signed for service: £8.00
USA/Canada and Rest of World - Airmail, signed for service: £10.00.
Please note that Pinknblue cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed outside the EU. We reserve the right to review postage costs without notification.

Returns
We offer a money back guarantee on all unpersonalised items. Simple contact Pinknblue within seven days of receiving your items and return them in the original condition and packaging within an agreed time limit. A refund will then be issued less postage and packing and relevant bank charges. Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In this case, a full refund or replacement item will be offered.
